The Last Hurrah for Crinkly - Euro tour (9/7-?) Day 45-6 (11-12) Fine dining all over the island (10/21-2)

Get up and going and head over to Mint Cafe for a nice little lunch. Delicious healthy food with some shakes and an awesome outdoor patio overlooking the coast but since it is inland a little bit, not directly on the beach. After I finish my meal, head next door to get a massage as my feet had been bothering me and thought this would help. Was a nice massage and then went back to grab my swim gear and head for chill swim in the sea cause thats what one does when in Malta :) Shower off and when Marc gets back we get a car and drive over to Mdina to walk around the ghost town (people actually are there but the town is dark, quiet, and pretty cool to walk around at night because of its relative emptiness. After walking around a bit, we go over to Made in Sud for a delicious authentic italian pizza dinner with craft beers and everything. Place was small, staff was friendly, had a long wait if you didnt have a reservation, but it was great and worth it. After dinner we head back to the place.

Another cool ass door - you just stumble upon these as you walk around town

Lil garage door I guess

Another ornate door

Moon rising over the city walls

Such a cool feeling walking around an old medieval city in the quiet/dark

Such a lovely room

Night time cafe action

Awesome lil alleyway looking festive

The next day we get a little dressed up and go over to Gracy's in Valletta to meet some of his friends for a lunch that was fancy but a bit overpriced and some items were poorly executed (for example the creme brulee was extremely runny and hardly cooked on top) - I am no expert chef but I have had creme brulee before and I was surprised a place that was this fancy would send that out of the kitchen. After lunch, we wind up upstairs in this like members only lounge for drinks. Was an extremely nice building with a pool table that was the size of a king size bed and some tasty drinks. After we finish there we go over to Taproom for dinner and drinks while still hanging with the same group. Once we are done there, we go meet another group of friends at Wine not for another drink before we head back to the place for the night.
