The Last Hurrah for Crinkly - Euro tour (9/7-?) Day 20 Im the king of the world (9/26)

Slept in as yesterday was a very long day. Have breakfast at the house then go tour the Jameson distillery in midleton which was awesome to see the old way of making the whiskey and then did the premium tasting so got to try some pretty good whiskeys that they also make.

Jameson Chandelier... made it to jameson heaven and Crinkly approves

Old school bar for an old school can

Barrel furniture? Crinkly lounging in style

One of the many windows in the gift shop

Pre tour drink that came with the tour purchase

Crinkly enjoying the color contrasts

Old ass Fermenters if I remember right...

Had to go wide angle to get this still in the pic

Pretty cool building in the complex

Test still where they can play with making different liquors

Some of Cooper's tools

Difference between a wine oak and whiskey oak barrel (size, toast, etc.)

Different brand displays on the tour

What tour would be complete without the barrel room?

Crinkly thinking about going back to school

Different types of whiskey side by side (jameson, scotch, american)

VIP tasting of some really great liquid . Crinkly approves still

Church in Cobh

Shame the nazis ruined this symbol. This was in the floor of the church that I am pretty sure was built way before that crap

This is an incredibly beautiful church

Even the floor was gorgeous

of course, the organ :)

Church from the outside

Church from down below near the coast

Crinkly chilling with his Irish brethren in the Titanic bar

I was there too if you were curious

Pic of the actual bar in the pub. Was really nice looking

Went for a walk along the coast

Another lil church up on the hill, we didnt go to that one... but also... flags!!

which one is not like the other?

were you right?

pic out over the water from the shore

After the tour, we head down to Cobh to walk around a little bit and see where the Titanic was born. Have a beer in the Titanic bar and check out the church up on the hill before heading back to the place to have a nice curry dinner and some wine and chill for the rest of the night.
