Go spend some time in town by checking out the butter museum for a little bit (lots of historical artifacts showing the development of the butter industry in Ireland) before joining the signing rebel walking tour which was a 3 hour singing/poetry historical tour about the rebels that came from Cork and their impacts on history.

Guest appearance from one of the people who arranged the singing tour earlier today
Its always nice hearing their folk songs and having some of the history of the city explained both in speaking and with songs. Was a beautiful day so I stay around town and talk around bit while Marion goes back to the place. Walk a bit and go back to Izz Cafe for an early dinner. Walk a bit more before winding up at Ziggys for a few beers then go over to an spalpin fanach for more music; tonight its a more professional performance with a lot more people in the place (hard to find a table even for just 1). People were dancing, singing along and getting all into the jams which is easy to do with this great music. After they finish and the bar closes, I walk back to the place cause i think I missed the last bus (45 min walk or so).
