Crinklys Pacific NW jaunt (5/29-6/20/2021) Day 21 To seattle to see some friends (6/18)

 Pack up and eat breakfast while chilling in the hostel. Check out and then head down to the train station which is mostly downhill thankfully as I was traveling with rolly bags (which I never do) to bring beer back and if I had to push those things up hill to get to the train station I would have been even more sweaty when I finally got there. Get on the train with my bags and saw some bags being checked; not sure if I was supposed to check my bag or not but no one stopped me so I just got on and got settled. Train didnt have wifi which I was hoping to use to get some stuff done as I was pretty sure they advertised that it did but this isnt the first time when a public transit entity advertised having wifi and then there is none.

Pre dodgeball destruction

Was a beautiful day and I enjoyed the ride up to Seattle when my friend picked me up and took me to his place to drop my bags off. Head over to Perihelion brewery with him and his partner but there is a line waiting for a table so we go next door to Milk Drink to get a tasty cocktail whlie we wait. Table opens up so we go to Perihelion for dinner and drinks. The beers and food are both awesome and the space itself was pretty cool/chill. Go back to the house and Danny and I walk down to Sovereign with their dog. They had pretty good beers as well; one of which was an aged table beer which was better than it sounded haha. Get back to the house to drop the dog off then we uber into town to outer planet which had some good beers but I didnt care much for the pale ales. Next we went to molly moos to get some delicious ice cream but then as we were walking around saw a massive crowd causing commotion over a ways so we go check it out. Turns out it was this massive intense dodgeball game with spectators cheering them on. We sit there and watch them pelt each other while enjoying our ice cream then rail it home.
