Crinklys Pacific NW jaunt (5/29-6/20/2021) Day 18 More portland breweries (cause why not?) (6/15)

Did some yoga and showered off before having some breakfast and setting off for the day. Stop at a gas station to get a metro card and gas for the car before dropping it off. Grab a bus and make my way across town to Look Long brewery to check them out. It is a tiny brewery that also functions as a home brew shop. Have their dark ale which was decent. After that I head back to the bus stop and head over to Migration brewery. Have some of their beers which are decent, the stout was definitely the best and it didnt taste like 12% which is always impressive.

Danger! :)

Think I found the brewery for metal heads

Getting back into town

Will be back in a few days, good to do some recon ahead of time

Their space is pretty cool and has a large back patio. I was feeling a little peckish so I got the brussel sprout and broccoli dish which was pretty good but it was a lot of food. Walk down the street to check out Grains of Wrath which had a serious death metal vibe and the beers there were decent. This place was much smaller than the last one but still a cool place. Walk to storm breaker brewery through a really nice neighborhood with wide streets and lots of floral smells from all the gardens. They concentrate on hoppy beers in a location that is situated in a pretty nice neighborhood with a great patio to enjoy the lovely weather. Then walk over to Ecliptic brewery which has a large space with both indoor and outdoor seating. Their beers and food are both really good so I enjoy my time there before walking back to the hostel on a nice sunny day and head to bed early.
