Xmas in Belgium/N. Germany trip day 13 - Its beginning to look a lot like xmas (12/13/19)

Snowy out as the streets are covered in white. Take the rail down to Docuzentrum to check out the Nazi history museum which was incredibly interesting and I recommend it to anyone interested in that part of the world's history; has an audio guide that takes you from end of ww1 to the end of ww2 and then some. Spent a few hours going through there.

Much different weather than yesterday

The museum entrance. Gotta brave walking through the snow to get there :)

just a pic showing where we are at back in time

Cool statue we came across

We came back to the main market :)

Stopped for a glass of wine at one of the stalls

party by the river

Such a beautiful city

Time for some grub/beer

After the museum, walk around the grounds there which were home to some of the bigger Nazi parades/events as there is a lot of space. Its dark when we are walking around a bit so couldnt get the full feel but I will be back at some point to experience it again. Take the rail back to town and walk through the hand work market and then between the city walls. Go back into the city to check out some churches and find some peripheral markets which means not all the xmas markets are located in the main one. Tried a few drinks there that I dont quite remember their name or how they were (hugo and lampon?). We then head back to the main event to have some feuersangbowle again before taking some time to walk over many of the bridges  before going to barfuz and some nearby bar for a few beers to wind down for the night. After that, we head back home.
