UnBelizeable family vacation Day 8: Treat yo self! (122316)

Casually got up for our treat yo self day on the island. Walk over to the smoothie place near our first place where we get our first smoothies of the day (pina colada for me and banana for J) then walk over to Neri’s tacos for breakfast/lunch (I got the breakfast fryjack - essentially breakfast quesadilla fried) then went back to our smoothie place and got another smoothie (both got banana chocolate chip) to walk around with.

What better way to treat ourselves other than to get a smoothie from our favorite smoothie shop on the island.

Wind up at Fido’s to grab some drinks and just enjoy the day looking out over the ocean. There isnt much of a breeze so after one drink we head back to the hostel and post up there for a bit as there is a nice breeze and nice beach view as well. Spend some time talking to a girl from the dorm before heading back out for dinner. Go grab a shake and walk around the island a little bit before getting a meal from the Karalarachi stall. Then Jeff proceeds to barter with the artisan folks next to the food place to get some souvenirs. Once he is done there, we head back to the hostel to pack up our bags and get everything ready for the flight back to the states tomorrow morning.
