Berry's SEAJ trip Day 73: What a hoot! (8/17/15)

Slept in without an alarm to wake me. After rising, Dave and I head to a nearby Thai place to get some curry for lunch before we head to the Kokobunji owl cafe. After finishing our required drink, we pay a little extra to hold and pet owls.

We finally made it to the Owl cafe after trekking through the neighborhood.

Everyone that came had to order a drink so i got a tea or something like that. Since it is a cafe it made sense.

Each owl has a different price, however I know which one I want and it just so happens that my favorite owl, the barn owl, is only 300Y. So I gladly pay and I sit there and pet and hold the owl and then start playing with the owl with Berry and the owl is freaking out (animals seem to not appreciate having Berry around) and eventually craps on the pillow next to me. Dave chose one of the large owls. After the owl place closed, we walk back to the rail to get to the house for dinner. We then watched Eurotrip and Old school while having some drinks and chatting the rest of the night before bed.
