Berry's SEAJ trip Day 65: Heading to Tokyo to meet Tammy and Dave (8/9/15)

Kei dropped me off at the train station as we said our goodbyes and I began the journey to Tokyo. I get into the main train station and it is RIDICULOUSLY CROWDED. I thought after the past couple weeks I saw crowded, nope! This wasn't even rush hour as I know it, it was ~ 1230pm or something like that. I just want to leave so I catch an earlier train than what Tammy had sent me as I figured it was the same thing, just me getting in sooner. Glad I did because at one point I have to change lines and it took me longer than the original schedule allotted so I would have been late, but since I had more time, I was OK Get to their station and Tammy meets me at the gate and we walk to her place to set the bags down. They have a nice roomy house, that I was not expecting. We have lunch at the house before I change into swim shorts and we go to the base to pick up their car. Dave and I go to their swimming pool after seeing his plane hanger and getting to sit in his plane. There we go down the slide a few times, swim some laps (he swims way more than me as I am not in any kind of swimming shape), and then jump off the diving board a few times before heading in to dry off and head home to shower as we have to meet Tammy and some of her dancing people in Yamato for dinner and then festival dancing.

Berry started chanting "USA! USA!" and it took me a while to realize why.

The dinner was in an all you can eat/drink place where they just bring out food in waves, you eat and keep drinking until you leave. When Tammy is about to dance, we head out and catch them doing their thing with a few other groups. After the dancing finishes, we head to a bar to meet up with some of their friends to celebrate a successful dance before heading back to the place to get some sleep.
